My client is a major Network Security player with worldwide presence. They are now looking for a Business Development Executive to come on board in order to increase revenue and develop market share. The Business Development Executive will generate and manage their own pipeline of leads through calling through warm data to generate leads, providing quotations and trial licences, to closing the sale and will work alongside the Senior Business Development Managers generating leads/meetings for large enterprise deals. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for communicating the benefits and value of my clients Internet Security solutions to potential customers, generate and develop new business opportunities for my client as well as closing the sale, generate appointments for Enterprise deals for the Senior Enterprise Managers and keep resellers fully up to date on the full product range and promotions. The position will involve high outbound call volumes, managing lead and sales pipeline, processing orders and taking payments as well as potentially attending technology exhibitions. The successful candidate will have strong telephone skills, have experience of selling B2B, and exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to maintain high outbound call volumes. A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook would be an advantage, but not essential. The role provides great career potential.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible to manage client accounts throughout the entire life cycle of the sale and stay abreast of industry trends and strategic competitors with the ability to schedule and perform web demonstrations and conduct a needs analysis for each unique account and consult on industry best practices. Our client, a major provider of Managed Services is now looking to take on a New Business Internal Sales Representative. The New Business Internal Sales Representative will be responsible to enable and support the development of business, to maximise lead generation and optimisation through pre-qualifying all communication into the sales organisation via – email, phone & potentially chat. The New Business Internal Sales Representative will also be responsible to conduct sales nurturing follow ups into target account lists, provide 1st response to inbound new business enquiries & team cover for web and telephony, screen and pre-qualify inbound enquiries and allocate to BDMs in accordance with strict procedures and conduct sales-initiated outbound campaigning into new prospects. The New Business Internal Sales Representative will also use supplied tools to profile, research and create highly selective target prospect lists for sales initiated nurturing, respond to live chat as required, prospect and drive attendance in support of seminars, webinars and other marketing initiated events, and closely support all major marketing campaigns to pre-qualify marketing leads (download requests, nurture leads, email requests, event contacts etc). The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills both written and verbal, a high degree of literacy and numeracy skills, previous work experience in the IT or communications industry and be IT literate with intermediate level usage of Microsoft products including Internet Explorer, Word, Power Point, Excel. My client is a Managed Application Services provider who is now looking to bring on a talented Internal Account Manager. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager the Internal Account Manager will be responsible for delivering my clients industry leading managed services to UK mid-market organisations. The Internal Account Manager will be responsible to develop and grow a territory of customers, predominantly from the desk, and will do this through growing the existing customer base through upsell, cross-sell, re-contracting and establishing multi-point relationships as well as creating and driving campaigns, in conjunction with colleagues, managers and relationship marketing. The Internal Account Manager will also develop business from existing SME customers to up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and will be responsible to progressing deals along the sales cycle and closing business. Developing a good understanding of customer’s business in order to propose technical solutions that add value to their business together with acting as the customer ‘owner’ within internal divisions and taking responsibility to ensure customer expectations are consistently met will also be key parts of the position. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales target achievement and portfolio increases and solid commercial awareness with an understanding of principles of account management and sales methodology. The successful candidate will also have a demonstrable track record of building customer relationships, ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbal, and be a strong team player with capacity to lead and make decisions when required as well as have telesales, sales and / or account management experience with at least some of this being spent within an IT Services environment. An understanding of the IT and Technology Industry, with a can do, flexible attitude to the work ethic with Resilience, tenacity, competitive spirit and desire to succeed., and the ability to manage sales pipeline with basic selling and negotiating skills will also be key requirements for the role.
